A pale straw colour, the nose is vibrant and alive with lifted floral aromas, tropical gooseberry, fresh green asparagus and grapefruit. The palate is a triumph of balanced fruit sweetness and forward flavours of pear and kiwi fruit, all delightfully balanced with a light, refreshing, crisp mineral finish.
